<p>Celková délka stavby činí 6,250 km a začíná od mostu přes Vltavu, prochází okolo okrajových částí Prahy tvořenými obcemi Bohnice, Čimice, Dolní Chabry a končí u obce Březiněves. Součástí stavby jsou dva mosty (přes údolí Čimické a Drahanovského potoka), tunel Zámky, tři ekodukty a tři mimoúrovňové křižovatky (Čimická, Ústecká a část křižovatky Březiněves). Část trasy je vedena v hlubokých zářezech a násypech.</p>
